Bad News
My mom met with the doctor today and the tumor was malignant. Now she will meet with the chemotherapy doctor next week Wednesday. We aren't sure yet whether there is any cancer still in her or if they got it all out during the surgery, but they did find some in a few of the lymph nodes they removed. We're hoping it didn't spread anywhere else. Please pray not only for my mom but for dad as well, as he lost both his mom and sister to cancer. This whole thing still seems surreal to me. We really covet your prayers during this time.

She's in our prayers and we'll put her on our prayer list too. I am so sorry we have to go through this. We know it is so hard to understand "why", but don't forget God is in control. He loves you all very much. Love The Stoops

Amanda - I am so sorry to hear the news - Both Mom and I are praying for your family and that it was localized and they removed it all during the surgery - You will be in our thoughts until she has beaten the cancer!!
