Jonathan was fortunate enough to have President's Day off so we went up north to Indian River for the weekend. It was so relaxing...the kind of weekend where you just sit by the fireplace and read a great book for hours! I love going up there in the winter. It's so much quieter and slower paced. We got out, too, though. Jonathan and I went to the casino to eat at their buffet. Oh my goodness, it was so good!!! Luke got to go for his first snowmobile ride with Grandpa and Jonathan and I did a little snowshoeing, too. All in all it was a great weekend! :)
On our date! There was soooo much good food! Prime rib, sirloin steak, ribs, shrimp, the best fish I've ever had (deep fried polluck), amazing sides, and desserts as far as the eye could see, including a chocolate fountain!!
